IPHA Annual Conference 2021 – Update
On Friday the 19 February, we held an IPHA Board meeting.
Among the subjects discussed, was the COVID-19 pandemic, and how it has influenced our activities.
The board agreed that it would be too optimistic and too risky to proceed with the plans of having the annual conference in Leuven in May 2021.
Therefore, it was decided to postpone the conference until 19 – 22 May 2022.
Since this decision, our host company Echo Precast Engineering have been working alongside IPHA to rearrange reservations of hotel, restaurants, conference center, speakers etc.
We are very happy to announce that all is now in place.
To all those who already signed up for the 2021 conference, IPHA expresses its gratitude, and we hope that you will understand the situation and again sign up for the 2022 conference when invitations for this event are sent out, at the beginning of 2022.
BIBM Congress in Copenhagen – Update
In 2020, we invited all our members to participate in the BIBM Congress in Copenhagen. It was planned to take place in May 2020, but later it was postponed until November 2020 and then again until November 2021, all due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
BIBM informed us that they expect to be able to carry on with this event as planned later this year. Therefore, IPHA invites all members participating in the BIBM Congress to a dinner in the Tivoli Hotel on Sunday night, the 14 November 2021.
Please make a note in your calendar on this date if you’re planning to participate in the BIBM Congress.

Production Seminar in San Salvo, Italy – October 2021

We are still optimistic about the possibility to hold the production seminar this year, on 28-29 October.
Planning is ongoing and we expect to be in a position to send out the invitations in June.
IPHA’s Technical Committee is working on a very interesting programme, which we are looking forward to presenting to you in June.
The host company is Generale Prefabbricati Spa and the seminar will be held in their large factory in San Salvo.
