Enric Solsona, Area Manager at Prensoland, presented the audience with information on special executions involving the production of hollowcore with exposed wires at both ends of the slab. This is something that the company has been involved in regularly over the last few months.
Opportunities for Process and Quality Optimization of Semi-Dry Concrete | Sika
Jorg Schrabback, Civil Engineer at Sika, discussed opportunities to optimize the hollowcore production process, as well as quality, using Sika’s experience in concrete technology and specialized admixtures. A case study demonstrated the practical relevance in the production of hollow core slabs.
