International Production Seminar Tour 2026

Please note the following conditions when completing this online pre-registration form:

• Pre-registration is mandatory and must be completed before May 15, 2026. It is open to Full Members and limited to 30 participants, with a maximum of 2 delgates per company. Priority is given on a first-come-first-served basis, and to the 1st delegate registered per full member company, over a 2nd delegate from a company already registered.
• Registration will also be opened to Associate Members, but only in case the full quota of 30 Full Members is not filled. In this case, priority is also given on a first-come-first-served basis.
• One delegate per completed registration form.
• There is no registration fee, but the registration is binding and should be confirmed by May 29, 2026. After this date, a no-show penalty of €1.500 will be charged.
• Participants assume the costs of outbound travel to Dubai and return travel from Singapore, as well as between Dubai and Singapore.
• Participants assume the costs of accommodation themselves with credit card upon arrival at the hotel reception. Hotel reservations will be co-ordinated by IPHA, and estimate costs are €300 per night.
• The programme includes local travel arrangements, which will be made by IPHA.
• During the 2026 Annual Conference, 20-22 May, a final decision will be made by the IPHA Board on whether the Tour will go ahead, based on the number of pre-registered participants and the waiting list. If going ahead, pre-registered participants should confirm full registration by May 29, 2026.
