  • Please remember to book your hotel room via the special link provided to Hotel A.ROMA on page 4 of the invitation, before the deadline of February 28th, 2026. IPHA will not be making hotel reservations on behalf of delegates. *PLEASE NOTE WHEN MAKING YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION VIA THE LINK PROVIDED IN THE INVITATION, THE SYSTEM IS SET TO DOUBLE ROOMS BY DEFAULT. IF YOU REQUIRE A SINGLE ROOM, YOU MUST SELECT IT*
  • There is no registration fee for the participant, however in the case of a “no show” for the Vatican Museum and IPHA Dinner, €200 will be charged per delegate and invoiced to your company.
